-applyThresholds=<value> ...: systems that reject hits below threshold


   List of digitization system names whose hits below the per-channel threshold are
   rejected. Use "all" for every system. Default: not set (no thresholds applied).
   
   Example: -applyThresholds="ftof, ctof"
